If you are staying with us for an extended period, our rates include a weekly housekeeping fee for general tidying and refreshing. You may request daily housekeeping for an additional fee. For full details, please see our terms and conditions page.

As our property offers self-contained units, we do not provide breakfast. You can choose to cook exactly what you want with our kitchens or kitchenettes or venture out and try one of the local cafes.

Depending on which room type you choose and where you’re allocated, each room has its own unique and charming view. This could be anything from the central water feature in the garden to parklands and forest. As we’re surrounded by landscaped gardens and neighbouring National Parks, there’s no shortage of breathtaking scenery.

The short answer depends on the current configuration. As we have 17 2 bedroom apartments, we can over these separately or, their clever design means each 2 bedroom apartment can be individually booked as 2 separate double or twin share apartments. This means allowing up to 34 rooms if needed.

Yes. Each apartment has it’s own parking space located near it’s entry door for maximum convenience.

This depends on the type of getaway you want to have, and at what time of year you’ll be joining us. We always recommend bringing a range of clothing from light to warm as the weather here can change unexpectedly. If you’re going bush walking, please bring appropriate attire.

As our apartments are self-contained, we also recommend preparing to bring food with you to cook, or at least venture out to the local supermarkets to grab some on arrival.

Each room does have a DVD player so any personal favourites you want to binge are also advisable, along with any of your favourite books or reading materials.

All of our apartments are strictly non-smoking on the inside. If you choose to, you may smoke outside in the outdoor covered areas.

We highly recommend checking out our Attractions and Activities page, or contacting our staff for recommendations.

Anytime!

Part of what makes the Blue Mountains so attractive is that you can visit us at anytime, in any season and in any weather and still have a fantastic time. The summer is perfect for bushwalking and outdoor activities, as you’ll often escape the high humidity and stifling heat.

Winter may be cold but it’s when the region can really shine. Just pack appropriate clothes and be prepared to snuggle by the fireplace, with the occasional snowfall if you’re really lucky! If you’re joining us in the winter, we highly recommend checking out the annual Yulefest celebrations, which were started at our very own sister property, Hotel Mountain Heritage.

Every year, the hotel hosts a fantastic dinner - ask us for more information and we’ll be more than happy to help!
